Battlefield Bad Company in Stores Now!

Battlefield Bad Company 2 is in all Australian stores today.  Those who are keen, be sure to get a copy.  If there is great interest we may have to get our BF2 Website back online, it currently has an error.

New Call of Duty Title Announced

New game set for 2011, Treyarch confirmed to develop title for 2010.

 March 2, 2010 - Activision has announced Sledgehammer Games, a newly formed studio led by former Visceral Games executives Glen A. Schofield and Michael Condrey, will develop a new Call of Duty title that will "extend the franchise into the action-adventure genre."

The publisher also confirmed it will release another Call of Duty title in 2011, but it's unclear as of now if this is the same title Sledgehammer is currently developing. This leaves the door open for another studio, possibly Infinity Ward, to develop the 2011 title. We've asked Activision for clarification.

The company also confirmed Treyarch is handling development on the Call of Duty title to be released this fall. Meanwhile, Infinity Ward is still set to develop and release the first two downloadable map packs for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

"2010 will be another important year for the Call of Duty franchise," stated Mike Griffith, President and CEO of Activision Publishing. "In addition to continued catalog sales, new downloadable content from Infinity Ward and a new Call of Duty release, we are excited about the opportunity to bring the franchise to new geographies, genres and players."

Activision also says it's looking to expand the franchise with the same focus seen in its Blizzard Entertainment business. This includes looking at "high-margin digital online content" and taking the series to "new geographies, new genres and with new digital business models."

The company has had "discussions with a select number of partners" to bring the franchise to Asia, one of the fastest growing online multiplayer regions.

February’s Zombie Map

Its that time again!!!  February's recomended Zombie map for download is Nazi Zombie Swamps.

Description: nazi_zombie_swamps is a medium scale zombie map and offers all the best features of Shi No Numa.  A German cargo train has crashed along a remote stretch of track.   The teleporter and whatever secrets the train was transporting has infected the swamp with a zombie horde!  You will need to escape from this slimmy grave. Your best bet is to locate some shelter and hope you can find some weapons along the way.

    * All Shi No Numa sounds.
    * Flogger
    * All four perks
    * Lots of hell hounds.
    * Lots of un-lockable rooms and doors.
    * 3 Electric zapper defenses.
    * Easter eggs
    * Moving weapons box.
    * Bouncing Betty.
    * Lots of special effects and more!

ADP COD5 & COD4 Server Closing!

On Saturday the ADP COD Server Closes.  So before it closed we are going to have a couple of gaming nights on it.


Thursday night starting at 8:30 AEST we will have a COD5 Vietnam Mod/Openwarfare night.  Be sure we all have teamspeak updated and spread the word so we get a few guys on.


Friday night starting at 8:30 we will have some COD4 action and play some of our favorite maps and mods.  Spread the word to all current and previous ADP members.
